Due to the nature of our services, including custom software development, integrations, and platform implementation, our refund policy is structured differently from standard retail products.

2. Services and Deliverables

All services provided by our company, including:

• Custom web portal development (corporate, educational, government, media)

• Integration with CRM, ERP, and other IT systems

• Platform setup, configuration, and support

• Consulting and technical maintenance

are considered digital or bespoke services and are non-returnable once work has commenced or deliverables have been provided, unless otherwise specified in a signed agreement.

3. Refund Eligibility

A refund may be considered under the following circumstances:

1. Service Not Rendered: If we fail to commence the agreed-upon service within the timeframe outlined in the contract.

2. Material Breach: If the delivered service substantially deviates from the specifications agreed in the contract.

3. Cancellation Before Work Commencement: If a client cancels a project before any work has begun, a full refund may be issued.

Note: Refunds do not apply to completed, approved work or services that have been partially delivered unless a material breach has occurred.

4. Partial Refunds and Adjustments

In cases where work has been partially delivered and a refund is approved, the refund amount will be calculated proportionally based on the percentage of work completed at the time of cancellation or dispute.
